How can I wake up and launch my application in the sleep On Galaxy Gear S2, S3?

I'm making a application such as Timer. When timer done, my application have to make a alert even if my application is paused and device is in sleep state. How can I wake up and launch my application in the sleep On Galaxy Gear S2, S3? Either of Web and Native will do.

Fail Case

(Native / Web) I made a alarm with app-control and then my application handle this app-control to make a alert. But in sleep state, my application is not lauched On Galaxy Gear S2.
