analytics for every user

I have a new webpage and was using google-analytics to collect data, but now I need a way to know every action for every user, and my webpage has a lot of users and I cannot register all of them with a USER-ID from GA.

Can anybody suggest me a way to achieve this with Google Analytics, or another platform which do this?
