Error 404 on xmlrpc call on magento

I am having error with xml-rpc, user and role is correct

The endpoints are correct

SOAP API Endpoint: http://ift.tt/2dOHMzK REST API Endpoint: http://ift.tt/2eJrCoK

But when i try http://ift.tt/2dOHLvG it shows 404

any help please
