Building a membership website

I wanted to build some kinda membership website. I use members as traffic generators, they share my content on their facebook page and get paid depending on their traffic. For this I wanted to make personalized link for each users (unique link with its own stat) but leads to the original link that contains the content.

Eg: assume that I wanted to drive traffic to http://ift.tt/2cVk8Ux

and my user sees list of Links to be shared on his dashboard and the above link should display as follows for different users.

User1: http://ift.tt/2di8Y7O User2: http://ift.tt/2cViYbQ

or whatever, but I want the link to be tracked individually for each users but leads to the link with content.
