Is there a list of commonly exploitable URLs?

I'm implementing some blacklisting in a web application, and was wondering if there was a list of common URLS that are commonly used by vulnerability scanners to check for exploits. For example, if someone tries to request the default wordpress admin page on my django site, I'm pretty sure they are up to no good and will blacklist them.
