Claim Listing functionality - how to send email to users when their claim has been approved or denied

We have a claim listing plugin, it allows items(posts) to be claimed by users. It requires the user to "register" in order to claim that item therefore they have to enter a username and their email.

After they have submitted a claim, an email will be sent to the admin email(us) that a user is claiming for the item and gives us the option to approve or deny it.

When we approve or deny it, unfortunately no email is sent to the user informing them that the item has been approved or denied.

Website not loading for some people. What should I do?

I own a website https://ministryofcleaning.com.au My wordpress based website is not loading for some users, while it works absolutely fine for me and many other users. My developers says there is no issue with coding, what should I do?

I have upgraded to latest wordpress & php version. Website loads perfectly for me, loads fine on my friend's mobile as well. I am getting visitors, but then some people & random telemarketers have said my website is not working.

I don't know to to fix it i saw some answers on stackoverflow but I don't understand it. One guy said that all I need is to fix config.toml and baseurl but I dont know how to do that.

Hired programmer from Fiverr acting suspiciously. Made strange changes to CSS of my website

I paid a programmer $25 on fiverr to make some changes to the appearance of my site. The homepage was fine i said but when creating new posts there were some problems with getting the right look.

At the end of her work she asked me to check and i said its fine. Wasnt everything i asked for but she put alot of time into it. I gave her a 5 star rating and paid the money.

The next mornning i wake up and see my homepage is messed up. It seems all the images are no longer showing. It doesnt make sense as there are still images stored on my server. At this point i changed my wordpress password (ok ok some might say i should have changed it immediately).

I approached fiverr about it and they said I have to talk to her about it. She said that this seems to be a CSS issue and it could be effecting other pages. I will have to pay her $5 minimum to fix this.

Reverse for "password_reset_confirm" not found. " Password_reset_confirm" is not a valid view function or pattern name

I'm implementating the custom password reset from this https://ruddra.com/implementation-of-forgot-reset-password-feature-in-django But it says reverse for "password_reset_confirm" not found. I am using Django 2.2.3
