Embed a website in the whole page with buttons to change website embedded [closed]

I want to make a website that has multiple embedded websites in one website and with buttons, the user is allowed to change the embedded website and also write the website URL that he wants to embed and see :)

Also, how do I like to make HTML OR CSS to just change the embed size to be the size of the monitor like it responds instead of one size FOR ALL DEVICES :)
