Can I store a zip file in the browser storage?

I need to store a zip file in the browser storage (IndexedDB or Web Storage). I tried some few approaches, but all of them are dependent on third party libraries.

for example, suppose I have a small zip file called abc.zip. I need to store this in the browser cache.
