Make Search and Add Tag feature using JavaScript/jQuery [closed]

I want to add a feature in a form where user can search and select from between predefined options and add them. Just similar to Stackovrflow Tags Adding feature when we post a question

I tried to search for it but unable because I don't know the keyword for which I have to make search
