How to configure nginx?

I have a debian 10 server with nextcloud in docker, which is accessible at ip 192.168.1.220: 8080. Also I installed nginx on my Linux server, which now worked with the default configuration at 192.168.1.220. I want my nextcloud server to be available as my.cloud.com. How should the nginx configuration look like for this and what else could be done? I'm already confused.
