Need to save data from a static website with HTML and JS

Based on a static website (file system, it is not hosted on a server)(i.e. lambda, github pages...).

This page contains a simple form of 2 values: email and name.

How can the website save the user inputs (mail and name) into something (i.e. like a file, an API call to a service storage...) when they submit the form?

the solution must be free.
