should a full-stack developer learn UI/UX design? [closed]

I am learning Web developing on my own from the Free resources on the internet and I can make web-application so the problem with me is that I am bad at designing while coding in HTML and CSS but I can do PSD to HTML very well I am currently learning backend Node.js and PHP I wanted to know is UI/UX designing included in full-stack development? should I learn it?
