Creating dynamic header for a php website

I want to integrate a header deign similar to what they have on this site? https://www.happio.dk/

With the phone in the middle and 3 vertical short videos playing simultaneously. I want to integrate it on my site her: http://tillykke.nu/

It will be slightly different (instead of phones I want to use png frames placeholder) but I hope you get the idea of what I'm trying to do.
