popping up a hidden selenium window python

I know how to hide a window in selenium. But can you actually show it to user while script running? It has to be a specific window, can not just open a new browser. Like window is hidden all time but when something happens it pops up to user and he/she can see it. If you can't do it with only selenium maybe there is another way to do it?
