My python script outputs data that I can graph with my php script. How do I connect them and make a website out of it?

I'm a developer working on a hobby project about analyzing Starcraft 2 replays. I need some advice because I feel like I'm missing something. Web development isn't really clear to me.....

I have successfully written a python script that extracts from a replay file the data that I am interested in.

I have found a javascript library that I like to show the data as charts, and I have enough knowledge to write a php file to make the page look like I want.

I would like to have a website where I can see a list of all of the replays that have been processed, and the possibility to select one and inspect the graphs associated to that replay.

What kind of approaches can I use? What do I need for this? What should I look into? I know a bit of Wordpress, but not enough to understand how to tackle this problem correctly. Do I need to learn something like angular, react or vue?
