Employee Hours Log Application

I got hired as a software developer at a company. My boss said that we don’t have any software to log hours for employees. He asked me if I had any company to recommend to purchase software. It just so happens that I wrote an application to handle this. How much should I charge if he offers to buy it?

There is no sso capability or anything, it’s very basic but has logging and reports. Should I host it on my own server and charge them to use it? I use asp.net mvc and a mysql database with jquery.
