recording browser navigation for mockups

I've done a couple of web design projects recently and I'd like to add them to my portfolio. So I wanted to make simple mockups to show a bit of navigation throught the website both for desktop and mobile version. Is there a way to record both desktop and mobile navigation using desktop browser while keeping a good resolution (especially when recording mobile). For the mobile version, is it possibile to somehow simulate the navigation with a particular device (for example adding android or ios ui elements).

I've tried with some chrome addons but unfortunately, the output video had always bad resolution (especially for mobile).

Do you have any reccomendation for this? which tools do you usually use?
