How to upload an exe file for file processing in web page?

I have made a python based exe file which is of a program which asks to upload a particular file and then does some operations on that file and returns some output. It has a GUI also. But, I want to give this service to all through a website link instead of giving away exe file to all. The reason is that I want to increase hits to my web page also. How do I do it?
