How can I get a free website with a full control

Is there a way to get a free online website that anybody can access it from everywhere?

It is not a problem if it is a subdomain, like www.aaa.bbb.com

I know there are some sites that you can create your own website on, like webs.com or wordpress.com. But in those, you have some predefined themes and a limited number of pages.

I want something where you can manage freely your page's view and function (using HTML and a back-end programming language)
