Best method- Collecting user form Data from a Custom Website, & adding it to a Spreadsheet

Current Issue

I just created a website that needs to collect basic user data. There are 2 forms that require responses from the user and there is currently no method of collecting the data. How can I store the data in a spreadsheet, so I can proceed with automating responses & data analysis?

In the future, I would like to make use of a login form and allow users to create & customize their profile. Would there be a separate method to accomplish this? How can I allow users to create accounts while securing the data within the server?

I have been testing out different forms for my website & finally need a method to collect the responses for my forms. The website is currently offline & under construction until I can resolve this issue. However, there is a temporary landing page up right now. I have done some research and it looks to me that I might need to do some PHP / MySQL programming, but would like to make sure before I venture out.
