Currently I had added one feature to the existing website. and I added one table to the database, and alter some records from another database for authentication.
My company need me to provide the technical specification document. I have no idea how to prepare this. Anyone have the idea how to prepare this kind of document or any tool can serve my purpose?
The purpose of the document is to record the changes in the
- system - either code or UI or framework or bug fix
- database - either structure or data change or purpose
