What should I learn to create app as described?

I'm new to android development (and programming in general), so I need your advise. I have already created few offline native android apps (pretty basic ones). Now I want to create sorta news app (not exactly, but still). Main feature I need to implement is "feed", where I will post info and users can see it. What technologies languages etc I need to learn. And what's the best way to complete this? Peace
