What are the mandatory and optional address fields based on country

I have a shipping address form which fields should be populated based on country. For each country, the fields were varies by state/ provinces or Zip/postal code and their mandatory and optionals fields. If there any ways or library gives the mandatory/optional fields for the selected country, so that i can populated my shipping Address form.
