Upload files inside docker linux container with web api .net core

I have a some mystery problem when my .net core web API uploading file inside docker container. I upload the files inside wwwroot folder, the first upload is working and the files go to wwwroot folder but the problem happened when i finish the upload proccess and start the upload proccess again, it's look like some problem with permission. any suggestions?
