The iPhone is not sending webpage data after discovering Network Device on Windows 10

Sample steps I used to connect iPhone safari with Chrome in Windows
- scoop bucket add extras
- npm install remotedebug-ios-wekbkit-adapter -g
- scoop install ios-webkit-debug-proxy
- remotedebug_ios_webkit-adapter --port-9000
- Open up Chrome
- chrome://inspect/#devices
- Descover network target (Configure) > Localhost 9000
- It shows device to debug

Completing above steps, iPhone safari is listing in chrome. But, when I click on inspect this is not showing page data to debug.

I have tried
- iPhone enabling Web Inspector
- Discover section port management in chrome according to PowerShell initialization
