I need java code to open web VDO-streaming and read QR-code from VDO and show text on QR-code

I need to open web VDO-streaming in mini windows ,then read the QR-code from VDO and show decode text on QR-code with java.

I saw many sources, but they read QR-code from computer files. I need to open the IP:camera or web

I need the software like this.
