How to i save html page on button click PHP

How do i save a html page with a button click in php? i want to save a html page on a button click but without showing that button on output. should act equivalent as "right click> save as> sample.html" like this

Currently i have a blogform for admin, which is saved in database that is loaded into public blog in my website. this data is loaded in a fixed template by replacing its data with content form database. but now what i want to do is, after filled up, it will be loaded in to that template and i want to save the template as html itself and save it inside hosting space. i want a button that act like right click>save as>abc.html without showing that button on saved file. Or any alternative to that
