How to grab data entered on my website and use that database on tableau server real time?

Let's say that I have a website where I collect data (i.e. people enter in their information manually). I am trying to figure out a way wherein I can use this database, that's created, on tableau server. I want to, then, visualize the data, using tableau, and embed it back on the website. Can this all be done in real time? I guess the hardest part for me is auto-syncing data on my website to tableau server so that the visualized data can be updated automatically too.

If there isn't a way, how would I go about doing this? I would prefer tableau though.

I've found information on various forums that provide info on real-time refresh using java script but that works well if the data is published onto tableau server. What about in this case?
