How to do 3D Object Detection in Tensorflow?

I want to do object detection using tensorflow, with z-value and rotation.

Tried with PR Net but not getting decent FPS of detection

Want to use the same in both web and mobile versions for detection. Expecting around 10-15 FPS on object detection with z-value and rotation for each frame.
