How to bypass activex control pop up in IE?

I am opening a webpage from my system in IE11 which has some JS(inline and source). Upon opening, a pop-up shows saying 'Internet Explorer restricted this webpage from running scripts or ActiveX controls'. Upon clicking on the button, it loads my JS.

I need to bypass this blocker through my HTML code. What should I add to my HTML or JS to achieve this?
