I am getting the following error when I try to publish the source code on the server using visual studio publish wizard.

I am facing this issue on one particular server. The same configuration/setting is working on another server.

Troubleshooting did so far
• Web management service installed: Yes and it is in running mode
• Web management service has been allowed through Windows Firewall: Yes
• Service URL correct? Yes using Same port (8172)
• Management Service configured to allow remote connections: Yes
• Web Deploy installed? Yes
