Cannot load the website template properly

I have found a template called 'blur-admin' Want to use it, I followed all the installation steps however when I run it(gulp serve), I cant see proper page.

I cloaned it as:

    git clone https://github.com/akveo/blur-admin.git

inside of repository directory and installed dependencies: cd blur-admin npm install

And I run local copy of development: inside of repository directory and install dependencies

I see a broken page, not proper theme. What is wrong?
