Any helpful code or tutorials for coding a secure contact form? [on hold]

I'm fairly new to web dev and I really need help with finding resources to help create a contact form that's safe enough that I can use to help create a form that's based around my site.

What I'm really asking for is just some help, resources, and advice in creating a secure contact form for my website that isn't too hard to figure out.

I do not want to like copy and paste or use an external source for everything, however, as that means I may have trouble understanding all of the code and possibly change things for styling.

Also, I am fairly familiar with html and css, but not too much with php and especially with js. I know I probably need js and php in a good secure contact form, but I just need more directions to implement those.

Any help and direction would be appreciated!
