I made a number of sister sites, the main site has errors but none others do [on hold]

I created a site for a local home inspection school. When we got the first one where the client liked it I duplicated the site for his other locations, swapping out the specific information but not changing the back end.

The main site I started is having some function issues. I believe related to the javascript. The other sites are fine.

I've tried everything I can think of. I tried chrome and firefox developer tools, I used my host cpanel to restore an old version of the site. I even deleted the entire site, loaded up a sister site, then manually changed the information specific to this location.

The only issue I can think is that I was playing with the new Google Search Console trying to implement their recommendations. I imagine these changes would've been wiped out when I redid the site using another sites files, but its still here.

If you go to http://catsofsyracuse.com/ (as an example) you can see how the address and phone come over the header image and the page scrolls properly. The parallax works on the images, and everything is smooth. The site I'm having issues with is http://catsofalbany.com/.
