Can I use FreeIPA to set Role Based Permissions on a certain web page?

How do define role-based permissions for a web page by using FreeIPA

I am designing a new system and would like to use a tool like FreeIPA for authentication and authorization. The authorization level I need is in the level of making actions on a web page or even viewing or not some of the data on the page.

I am still at the design stage so there is no code yet

I expect to get an answer if this is feasible to do with FreeIPA and a sample of code will be great
