Can any one provide me the code for cerberus ftp web api implemented excluding the code present on their website?

I am trying to connect cerberus ftp but it is giving me the error that "An error occurred while receiving the HTTP response to http://IPAddress:10000/service/cerberusftpservice. This could be due to the service endpoint binding not using the HTTP protocol. This could also be due to an HTTP request context being aborted by the server"
