Add text from a website into HTML paragraph

I am using:

"< h5 >Players: < /h5 >"

This website returns a text value: https://mcapi.xdefcon.com/server/us.mineplex.com/players/text I want to attach that value at the end of the text.

I am new to this so I do sound dumb.
