How to run a python script through web which pulls twitter data and creates a CSV?

I have a python script which pulls twitter data through tweepy connection and performs sentiment analysis on it and saves the result in a csv file. I want to run this script through a simple click on a website hosted by me. Can anyone suggest how to go about it? I am new to UI/web-development, so please suggest what can be the easiest way to do this.
