Unable to connect to a server on WinSCP

So, I've been trying for months to connect to a determined server using WinSCP. It's my school's server, and we use it to study PHP, SQL, etc.

• When I am at the school's network (using their computers):

  • I am able to connect to the server using WinSCP (and do everything like upload, download from the data in the server)
  • I am able to ping the server (on CMD)

• When I am at the school's or any other WiFi network (using my computer):

  • I am able to connect to the server using WinSCP (and do everything like upload, download from the data in the server)
  • I am able to ping the server (on CMD)

• When I am at my home's network (using any computer):

  • I am not able to connect to the server using WinSCP (and not able to do everything like upload, download from the data in the server)
  • I am able to ping the server (on CMD)

Can anybody help me? (I'm on Windows 10, school's server is on Linux)

I've already tried to use Windows Network Secure Boot, reboot/reset my router/PC, etc.

None. NONE (for god's sake). None of these have worked.
