.js / javascript Leverage Browser Caching is not working

Hi everybody and thank you for the chance to post my question,

im searching for days now to solve this problem but i still got an issue with my Leverage Browser Caching for the one and only javascript file i am using. mod_deflate is enabled.

Prototype-Website: pilates.meinestadt.me/

.js File: pilates.meinestadt.me/min.js

It seems like the .js file gets cached acording to google insights?! But only for 2,5 days. After i checked my .htaccess only one value got "3600" (2,5days). i changed the

Header set Strict-Transport-Security "max-age=36000"

to

Header set Strict-Transport-Security "max-age=31536000"

But it is still not working. My .htaccess:
