How to config Facebook login of website running on LAN

I am making a website with Facebook login function. (ReactJS app)

I built and host it on my LAN ip address: 172.31.240.234

I can config the Facebook app to login on Localhost but when I config it to login on my LAN ip, it doesn't work.
