Extract data from a web using existing input on excel sheet

I have the following excel sheet:

Excel with data

The web from that I want to receive the data is the following:

https://www.mapama.gob.es/app/regepa/default.aspx

On the excel, using the data on column A, I want to fill the REGEPA code on the column B.

REGEPA code is returned on the page when the CIF/DNI is filled.

Is there any way to receive the data on the column B? I tried the excel function of Data-->From website but it cannot be possible or I'm misundertanding something.
