A guidance to web development using visual studio

I'm working in a project and It's about website development where I'm doing a very long form consisting of more than 18 section. I'll do the database and connect the web to the database using ASP.NET & C# & sql server in Visual Studio. The task itself isn't new to me, but the techniques and tools are.
