Want to become a front end web developer and need guidance

I hope you all having a good day. This is my first post ever here and i don't have any real programmer around me so this is the only place i can ask or forums.

My question is: I'm trying to get into front end web dev freelance. Such as making sites for small businesses and etc. Am i going in the right direction? How much i need to know more to start working/earning via freelance on sites like upwork. Will i be able to get works like 20-25$/hour.

Progress:

Currently i know Html Css And java script ( var ,functions , loops , whiles ,nested loops , arrays and etc , understanding of object orientated programming in js)

I have researched a bit on google and i have concluded that i what i should learn next is : Ajax (for better optimisation and load time) Css preprocessors ( im not sure what this is) Json (no idea tbh..) Jquery(makes js easier more of a shorthand js) Bootstrap (for responsive web pages) One more question what is cs3? I see a lot of people referring to css and cs3 in one post. Is it Adobe ps? Or a css type. Sorry for the long post and thanks for your time. Please ignore grammer mistakes and typos. ;-;
