Visual app/utility to get the ID and class of an element of a web page/web app

I use the Chrome dev tools to get these info, but I was wondering if there is an app that you can run and does the same. Basically returning the ID and/or the class of the item on which you clicked on a web page.

Kinda like the OSX utilities that return you info about the elements of the OS (which is very useful when writing applescripts).
