Upload my own website to a free web host and create database

I have designed a website which I want to upload to a free hosting site (for a college project) . My website will have a database (which I haven't started building yet).

I want to know:

A good free web host which let me use my own design (i.e. without using their template(s)) . In other words I just want to upload my website , create database, and connect my (pre-designed) webpages with database and each other.
