Someone know how does Product Hunt send offline push notifications to my Chrome(PC)?

Yeah I know Push API and firebase cloud messaging, but my question is that I'm in China but firebase is blocked here. So I think I'm not able to receive message from FCM. Is there any way PH/chrome use other push services?
