Luw web framework for my alexa - mqtt bridge development

Is there a Lua based web framework with mqtt library avalibale?

I did some research and tests:

1. Luvit - easy to use - I coded alexa endpoint in twenty minutes - but there is not support for mqtt (at least I cannot find it)
2. Lapis - no mqtt library (at least I cannot find it)
3. vanilla Lua - the mqtt library works fine - web part could be painful

Is there something covering both sides = web & mqtt?
