How to send and receive image marker to vuforia automatically with mobile app?

I need to develop AR application with vuforia and unity. I am successful so far but now I want to set marker using picture taken from camera of android app and send it to vuforia automatically then download it automatically in unity compatible format? How is this possible? Also in unity we place 3d models manually by drag and drop, is it possible to do with coding? Thanks in advance.
