How to change Active Directory password over web browser?

I'm trying to figure a way for users to change their AD password over web browser, instead of through the computers locally. Is there any free open source programs I could use that works? I've tried these 2 programs but with no success:

But it keeps showing this error even though I have checked all the information I've altered:

Unable to bind to AD using this username and password, please try again click here

But it keeps showing this error, and there isn't any documentation that shows where I can alter the codes:

Token encryption requires a random string in keyphrase setting

If anyone has any other ideas on how to create a free website to allow users to change AD password over the internet, please let me know thanks!
